Ambassador pilots in partner organizations

It was interesting to know, how ambassador pilots are doing in our partner organizations
In macte Language School they were developing their speaking skills in the Communication Club in American corner of Narva library. The session was delivered by Fulbright teacher from the USA, Maddie Williamson.

Ambassador pilots: first social action done!

First social action is done! Ambassador  program pilots has got 253 euros for disabled children and youngsters of Sillamäe town!

We hade over 500 visitors during 2 days!

We did lots of workshops for children

Pilots ambassadors preparing for their first social action!

 Last time Ambassadors decided to try deliver their first social action - to organize lotery to find some funds for disabled young people of Sillamäe town.

To do it they also needed to organize a big event to invite people to IVKHK for spending time and money :)


They started their preparations with decoratung the building and preparing workshops for children and their parents!

Today, 22 nd November, our Ambassador pilots greeted our partners from Macte Language School, we discussed, how it goes being a pilot, what do they need more.

There were different opinions about trainings, some suggested all trainings should be in English, others did not want agree with it.

It was a good way to talk about peace and cohesion - how people undertsan it, what can be done. Also there were discussion, what is social action an how to plan it.
Pilots from Macte Language school discussed also, that to be heard it is good to have good Speaking skills. They are planning to start their new training about Speaking skills.
IVKHK pilots were exited about  making any social action and ready to start with one in December!

AKTIIVÕPPEMEETODI NIMETUS: Meie seljanka

LÜHIKIRJELDUS:  meetodit kasutatakse, et motiveerida õppijaid rääkima võõrkeeles mingil teemal. Tahvli peale riputatakse üles suur plakat, mille peale on joonistatud suur pott. Õpilastele antakse väikesed lipikud, küsimused (nt; sinu lemmiktoit, kus sa seda proovisid,mis olid selle roa komponendid jms). iga õpilane vastab küsimustele ja lisab om "ingridiendi" suurde potti.

KASUTATAVAD MATERJALID/VAHENDID: plakat joonistatud potiga, lipikud, pliiatsid.

KASUTUSALA: erialane eesti keel

Meetod oli rakendatud IVKHK koka erila õpilastega erialase keele tunnis.

LÜHIKIRJELDUS: 

Noorematele alles õppima sunud õpilastele pakutakse arendada oma teadmisi toiduainetest, nende sobivusest ja ka võõrkeelsest sõnavarast. Mitmel taldrikul on erinevad toiduained, suuremas osas puu-ja juurviljad. Õpilased peavad leidma info selle toiduaine kohta, selle nimetused vene, eesti ja inglise keeles ja sobitama teiste pakutud toiduainetega, luues kompositsiooni.
